Why doesn’t PTO balance update daily anymore?

PTO balance used to update after every shift worked. Now it shows unchanged for days at a time. Anyone know when it actually updates? I need to use some on Sunday that I have already earned, but that hasn’t yet registered on Atoz, and I’m wondering if I should just cancel the whole shift instead, Thanks.
