Why are they shipping everything by mail?

Not just Vine, but most things. Even larger things that can't possibly fit in a mail box. I ordered 4 lawn mower tires, two rear and two front. The fronts came by mail, the rears by UPS.
This is a rural route and the carrier has to park, get out, unload and leave the package somewhere other than the box.
A couple of days ago, I placed a regular order and made three Vine requests. The regular order and two of the Vines shipped last night in one package via mail.
