...which happens to be on a busy walkway from a large housing estate to several bus stops and dog walking areas.
So far almost every package that won't go through my letterbox has just been dumped on my doorstep. Several have been weather damaged and two have not been there when I got home, so I assume have been stolen.
I have very clear delivery instructions on my account stating to leave items in the shed (unlocked), but this is almost always ignored. I even added DO NOT LEAVE ON DOORSTEP - SEE INSTRICTIONS to my address, but still no luck.
Amazon always seem to drag their heals on refunds, and just say they'll pass it on the the Delivery Team to feed back to the driver.
I've gone as far as asking to make a formal complaint and been promised that this won't happen again and that there were "priority customer" markers on my account to stop this from happening again, but still it continues.
I'm at my wits end, and am sick of being passed from pillar to post on the website chat or phone support. Anyone have any serious suggestions?
Unfortunately I co-parent a toddler, so it's not always possible to be at home for deliveries, otherwise I would just make sure I was going to be at home.
I also rent, so fixing a "packages" mailbox outside the property is out of the question.
