Hi all,

I'm having an absolute nightmare getting my products shipped into Germany from the UK. Both require a physical representative in the countries in order to get product past customs. But neither Amazon nor the shipping company are able to act as this.

I have German VAT number and have used Amazon's IOSS number on the shipment. But I've just been told, that once again, my product is being held at customs and if I can't resolve where it's held that my shipment will be destroyed.

I'm already fighting UPS on a massive import duty bill on product that never arrived in Germany, nor that I got back in the UK.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated here as I really have no idea what to do. How am I supposed to ship into Amazon in another country without a physical presence there?
