Nintendo Banning Their Products

I work for a company who sells on Amazon. For the last 3 week's we have been banned from selling Nintendo products. They claim we are not verified to sell Nintendo products. We have provided proof that we are a Nintendo License approved seller and Amazon keeps denying it. Has anyone ran into this before or currently dealing with it?
