Hello i need urgent help from someone I was trying the others days to open amazon seller account but i stopped the application and then started again after few weeks but when i created the account i realize that somehow i miss click and choose monthly subscription instead of individual . And from now on amazon trying to get 30 pound from my bank balance , but i dont have any money inside. My problem is that i cant effort to pay 30 pound , i am not an buiseness man i just want to see how it works , that why i wanted to choose individual subscription . I tried to downgrade it to individual but says will be in affect after 4 September.And i am waiting 50 pound in my bank accoun for my groceries but if they take the 30 pound i will stay with 20 and isnt enough. I triend to contact with them but when i sent them an inquiry automatically cancelled cause my account is deactivated. So i have a deactivated account with 30£ dept, trying to get them every day, and i cant contact with anyone from custom support cause account is deactivated. Any solution??
