Filling out Infringement Form

I’ve filled it out twice today and both attempts were rejected by Amazon. Got the email about constantly filling out misleading infringement forms. I choose: copyright concerns and physical product or packaging. I input my brand name and include link to my copyright work. Are you the seller and typed yes. Was wondering about that. I included the asin of the listing that copied and choose specific sellers and highlighter box Amazon.com. This listing after I submitted it was in processing for over 24 hours like most of mine. The copycat listed his on same day as me. What am I doing wrong?
