I usually take this with a grain of salt because i’m getting paid regardless. Don’t really get rude customers, everyone is usually polite. So, had a polybag to deliver. I rang the doorbell and the porch window was open, not the door though. She said can you put it through the window, I said no. The polybag was thick at the bottom so I said I couldn’t fit it through the window. She now comes to door all miserable and said it could have fit through the window? Well, I don’t want to be held responsible for any damages to someone’s property by stuffing a parcel through a window when the customer is in. Then I get in shit for it. Also, she could have simply left her porch door open if she knew she has deliveries coming. Most people are excited when their order arrives, not this one 🤣
