How does Inshur work?

So, I started flex back in April. I think to set up my Inshur account I paid £50. As you know, they cover for like 50p-£1 per hour or whatever. So on the 19th May, they took £29 which I though hmm maybe my wallet needs topping up. I get another email today, saying they’re taking £29 again but I still have £18 left. I thought they only toook money when your wallet was low. Plus it says my policy expires in July, does that mean I need to make another account?

Icl I didn’t want to change the insurance on my car, cos this is a side hustle and I don’t know how long I’m doing it for. But yeah quite confused about how Inshur works
