do I have grounds to ask for more money from Amazon or should I firm it?
Post Body

First time at DCR2. I’ve read in previous posts that they have a lot more parcels. Wow, people did not lie. 37 parcels, 22 stops. A few parcels and loads of poly bags. The delivery location was even worse, main croydon. Customers lived on the flyover, Barclay road, Fairfield. Main roads with red routes and double yellows. This would have been better if it was envelopes but loads of parcels. Having to go on side roads then clocking there is loads of parcels on the main road. Almost all 22 stops were flats, some new builds and we all know how long that takes. This shift was supposed to be 2.5 hours but by the time you’re trying to take out the parcels and access flats an hour had gone by. Do I have grounds to complain to Amazon or nah? Be honest.
