Any advice when dealing with false complaints?
Post Body

So, I had 34 deliveries on a Sunday morning block. Every customer more or less was in because I delivered between 8:45 and 11:15am. However, I have logged into the Flex app to see 3 out of the 34 deliveries have not been received. I believe that 2 of those parcels were to the same person. I am honestly so confused because more or less every customer was in. The only time I never delivered directly is if there was a safe location on the app which obviously prompts you to take a picture. Iā€™m a new driver so I do not take risks and leave parcels carelessly. If there no option for a picture, I will leave it with a neighbour? I feel like there should be an option for drivers to take a picture of the customer receiving it like other courier companies have. Spoke to support and emailed them before anything escalates. Has anyone got any tips to avoid this? Dishonest customers will always exist but my standing has been affected.
