The housing bubble hasn't popped yet. Are there signs that we are slipping into the recession? Yes. But are people still buying property and assets at large amounts? Yes.
With that being said, the market will eventually dip. And I just had this thought today that anyone who says gig work sucks will be in for a new reality check.
I don't mean to sound malicious, I really don't. I just know the time will come when lay offs start happening and gig work as well as things like food service/food retail will become essential again.
