I have 11 years in various job experience and when things got tight w Flex for a while I thought about getting a W2.
Well, wouldn't you know even motherfuckin baseheads are making more than the avg cashier, decorator, retail associate? It's embarrassing.
And when you take expenses out, to each their own if they profit or not (based on several factors like mi, gas etc). But when you take taxes out of a W2, it's a horrible feeling. That $12 an hour now becomes $10 and some change.
I have been looking for 2 months for a solid W2 and people are not paying shit these days.
$15/hr here (which is 100% on the higher end don't get me wrong), $12/hr there, $11 an hour here.
I am a spoiled fucking brat apparently haha because I make min $25/hr flexing with no surge and I will NOT be taking on a W2 for that low. I just can't.
Looks like I will be staying w Amazon 🙃
