I called support 5 minutes after my route was supposed to be over. i still had 20 packages left. downtown baltimore, damn near 0 parking, customers and leasing offices not answering to grant access, GPS not taking into account road closures, all the good stuff we all run into. i tell support im pretty unhappy bc this has honestly been the norm lately and with all the routes being base lately, the whole pay adjustment thing is barely worth it. he says he'll just remove them all from my itinerary, left, then came back and said "you're all set go ahead and return them to the station, have a good one" and hung up. even though i was not at all rude in anything i had said, he acted like he was rushing to get me off the phone. honestly over the day so i'm on my way to return them now. don't think mr. jeff up top gonna be too happy with me for this one
