Sub Same Day vs Amazon.com? Hourly rate? Large car?

A few questions after my first block: I picked up two tomorrow - one is same day sub (SCO1/VCO1) and one is Amazon.com (DDE9). What’s the difference? How will the check in process differ?
The 2.5h Amazon.com rate comes to 24/hr and the 3h same day sub comes to 38/hr. Why is there such a big difference? Did I just get lucky with the second block?
I signed up with an SUV. Do all blocks assume I have that car or will a block specify that it requires a larger vehicle?
