My levels have drop and now Iām at āRiskā. The recurring reason they keep emailing me about itās not having my deliveries on time and some being late. Which EVERY time i am out of the warehouse way after my start time due to waiting. Doesnāt matter how early I show they still wonāt let me through. My last block was three hours and I didnāt even get to my first delivery until an hour after because of the drive time and being held up at the warehouse. Know this has been a issue Iām being held at fault for I made sure to take a photo when I arrive, when I was inside loading and when I was leaving so show the time. I called driver support to explain my situation of why itās a hour past and my concern of not making all packages on time and how Actions have been made already and Iām trying to avoid that. She said she would note it and but was out at risk after.
Iāve emailed several times explaining all this and basically they say they this
We understand that every delivery partner has difficult days. We
automatically take many of these issuesāsuch as traffic, time of day, station delays, delivery location, severe weather, app-issues, and emergenciesāinto account.
Wtf? So basically doesnāt matter itās going to be my fault and Iām going to lose my income from something thatās out of my hands?? Itās incredibly stressful.
They also mention about a package not being delivered which how can that be if I dropped each package matching the address and took photos!!?!
I donāt understand how any of this is fair at all. I am nowhere at fault and Now my main source of income is AT RISK.
I donāt know what more to do? Iām hoping someone knows how I can fix this issue to be able to keep my income and not get blamed for things Iām not doing.
