So on the second of September. I took a 6-930 block. No big deal had different job lined up for 10. Figured I’d be done way before. I get to like my fourth stop and it’s only like 7 in the morning. So can’t call the customer etc. tried to call support call me. But they never called so I just put it in the app saying that no one was available for the delivery essentially.
Today comes around and I see that I got a ding on my standing. Contact support and they essentially said because I didn’t reach out to support that they couldn’t remove the ding.
First off this freaking sucks and kinda irritates me more cause this morning I was late for another block due to an accident ( a very bad one).
Now the support didn’t confirm nor deny if I reached out to support if it would be different.
