Today they sent me home because they had no packages for me…

They didn’t scan my ID. They just told me to call driver support and let them know. So I called driver support and they gave me an email to message telling them they had sent me home cause they ran out of packages.
First of all, why the fuck do they make it so complicated?! Why not just automatically pay us instead of making us call here and then email there. Anyway…
Second, they never emailed me back. Should I call them again? Or do they usually not email you back? Will they just pay me?
