UNJ1 Hoboken - Just an empty lot?

I picked up a block this morning at the Hoboken location, and when I arrived, there was no one there and it was just a big empty parking lot. There’s a sign that says for Amazon fresh drivers to check in at the kiosk, but the kiosk was empty. I called support, and I also reached out through the chat, and they just told me that my block will close out on its own - do you think I’ll still get paid for this block?
