Can I drive for Flex & how? Argued with My DSP & quit over vans falling apart. entire bumper/ license plate fell off at load out & still did full 180 stops no rescue in rural Oklahoma heat wave. Not worried as this job is modern slavery. Would rather do flex & have heard a lot of good transitions.

Post Body

I’m actually happy to have left them in the heat wave. I have never called in sick not even one time. I have picked up shifts on my days off every single time I’ve been asked. I have a 850 Fico score. I reported all the safety issues in the post trip inspection and the vehicle was grounded. That’s the first thing my dsp cried to me about. WHY DID YOU SAY ALL THAT ABOUT THE VAN IN YOUR POST TRIP INSPECTION???? I reported the van sliding door not opening. The bumper and license plate falling off. The inside door being tied and held shut by a bungee cord. This van was an absolute death machine waiting to break down. Not on me not on my time. F$&@ them
