Hey so apparently the system gave me PTO hours that I wasn’t supposed to get and I used them already…. When they caught it I was given A negative UPT of 8 hrs… am I at fault for this or can I fight this before they try to fire me? I’m so confused.
UPDATE! Since it was a system Malfunction I was considered not at fault and all UPT taken was refunded. 🤘🏾
