as someone who struggle with mental health here’s what i do to help get through work ❤️
- i smoke weed , not while i’m at work before i get there. i hit the blunts 2 or 3 … or 4 times and that’s it. that way i’m not too high 🤣🤣🥴 if you’re tolerance is high ? bring 1 with you. smoke on your break … no one gives a shit.
- stay away from red bull or high sugar energy drinks i’ve found V8 energy to work way better. without all the gonky side effects. Celsius is cool too .. I also take supplements like Ashgwanda .. some people like kratom; which is a no for me.
- get some sleep honey bun 🥹 if you’re weird like me and work all day and still can’t go to sleep at night. take some melatonin drink water eat a good meal 🥘 4 . EATTT! Eat some food , eat good .I like to make a bigggg pot of spaghetti 🍝 that way there’s at least 3 days of leftovers and I can bring for lunch
- stay hydrated water is always a must ❤️
- listen to motavational podcast and music while working if allowed. no one at my site cares
- listen to people when they say “don’t use all of your upt and pto loosely cause when peak comes you gone wish you had it”
