just recently accepted an offer as a warehouse associate. Problem is, I have a concert a couple weeks after my first day. When I told the people at the hiring kiosk thing about it, they said someone would contact me before my first day that I could let know and they'd accommodate. My first day is rapidly approaching and I haven't gotten any contact at all. Who would I talk to about getting that day off? I spent a good amount on the tickets and would really rather not miss the event.

TLDR; Who do I let know about needing a day off a couple weeks after my first day? I had this concert planned well before I planned on working at Amazon.
