Confused on the breaks

So I just started at Amazon FC doing outbound packing and it’s my third day on the 6:30pm to 5:30am shift. I know we clock out for the first 30 and not the second one but do we get 15s? Are breaks always at the same time, do they tell us when or do we decide? Also does break start the moment we make the punch to leave or when we start walking towards punch station? I’m super overwhelmed and have heard conflicting reports on everything.
