Is amazon directing results to products in a particular category? HELP
Post Body

Basically my competitors are listed in two separate parent categories. One is in apparel, one is Beauty and Personal Care. FBA fees are higher in apparel so obvi I don't want to choose that.

But when I search my top searched(best) keyword phrases, all the listings are listed under apparel.

There are some competitors who are beauty & pc, who use less searched keyword phrases, and don't even seem to use certain high searched relevant keywords their competitors in apparel use.

I want to use these top keywords but worry I wont rank if I don't list under apparel, since all the results seem to be apparel.

Is amazon directing my desired top searched keyword phrases to apparel items? Regardless of the keywords the seller uses?
