Refused a rescue today.

My route got dropped last minute so they put me on sweep. Finished in 3.5 hours and said I'm not rescuing I wanna see my niece. They dropped my shift tomorrow and said this behavior is not allowed. Give me a full route if you want me to do full hours. I'm not fucking rescuing one of your team leads again, who makes more money than almost everyone, yet gets rescued and home last nearly every night.
