I am a new driver, only on my second week. One thing I have noticed in my 2 weeks is almost every van I use has a issue, but the previous driver(s) reported no issues. For example, I have noticed in 3 vans that the oil change light appears. 2 of them have tire pressure issues along with oil change, and the one of them has the oil,tire pressure, and brake pad appearing in the dash. I report any issues and dispatch tells me “they’ll get on it” Some of the dsp tell me to just click away on the inspection at the end of the day bc they want to leave just as bad as everyone else. It also seems to be a unsaid thing amongst the other drivers to follow the dsp that just want to go home.
