Got in a wreck haven’t heard anything

I was in a bad wreck two weeks ago and basically been ghosted by my dsp. I was told I’d be off for 2 weeks since I had to go to the emergency room. Weeks have passed and I haven’t heard anything back from them have called and left multiple messages. Anybody know what the policy is supposed to be after a wreck?
