So, I got a job as a driver. I had my first day yesterday. 100 plus degree weather and I was struggling to keep up. They had me on a "nursery" route delivered 140 packages. I ended up getting rescued. I got super overwhelmed and anxious and thought when I have to do 300 plus packages how am i gonna keep up. I just told them I wouldn't be able to do it because i realistically thought i wouldn't be able to keep up with the load and time. How do you guys do it? I feel pretty defeated rn.
