Trans preferred name badge

I'm having an issue with trying to get my chosen name on the name badge instead of my current legal name. I've heard of other trans people being able to get their chosen name on it, but at my DAT I'm currently being given the runaround.
HR is saying they can't change it themselves. The DSP lady said that the driver trainer can change it. But the driver trainer is saying she can't edit it.
What am I supposed to do?
