After the worst experience and feeling picked on I quit yesterday- as the new guy, constantly rescuing others, after no breaks or taking a lunch; the Kent dsp so dirty I wish I had got paid from Amazon to record and show them everything because it's so wrong. Why every 10 minutes are your guys communication thru discord if we on road and can't use the phone? Paycom is a joke as it's too complex and honestly I feel whoever at the desk should input hours, they don't want you done early by any means! From lying on the safety questions cuz every bean basically is fucked, all the lazy people that have been there slow foot and wait for progress reports daily so they can leave at 3 without rescuing. They say they have no control over who gets what route but I don't believe that. The pay was so shitty after my first check I was ready to beat they asss fr 💩😂 feels so good this morning knowing I won't be going back, I think Amazon qualifies as Americas WORST JOB EVER
