I won’t go into the hundreds of other reasons this job is frustrating.

But what really kills me are these “metrics”. Every week I’m getting coached on some BS. Now recently, my job is taking away my bonus because of these “metrics”. Everything is fantastic. Throughout the week, I’ve delivered hundreds and hundreds of packages to people. But because TWO people…TWO people said I “mishandled their package” (which is complete BS) it dropped my score down to “good”, had to get another coaching and therefore lose my bonus.
