Unrealistic Expectations

Anyone else get a route that everyday they put 4-5 businesses that literally lock their doors at 4:50 and close at 5 at stop 170 so they end up being closed everytime so I just RTS. They want me to be at stop 175 before 4:30 PM? My expected time back is 7:20 PM and we get out of the station at 10 am. Business Customers sometimes get RTS’d 2 days in a row and get mad about it.

I’m not jumping ahead when we barely have time to goto the bathroom, let alone take a break, it would just get me behind and I’ll be delivering even later.

This happen to anyone else?
