Becoming a driver again

I was a dsp driver 2 years ago in NY making 17.50hr. I'm thinking about doing it again but in PA where dsp's are paying 20.75 for van drivers. What has changed the past 2 years? Is mentor, netradyne, ect still being used. It was an easy job, my only complaints were doing rescues and being isolated 8-10hrs a day and delivering in the dark in the boonies with horrible reverse lights
