Customer instructions were to not leave packages on steps but behind the cooler. Then it literally said knock loud on the door don't just drop package and leave. So I follow the instructions knock loudly on the door and then proceed off the porch. This lady opens the door and starts screaming that I knocked too loud. I apologized, advised I was following their delivery instructions. Wished her a nice day and left. But seriously lady it's 110 outside and I literally did what you ask. If you have an issue take your ass to a locker next time.
