Man you can really tell when they want you gone

Been here over 6 months and never had any issues, write ups, or really even much 1 on 1 talking to moments. The last 3 days I’ve had AM’s and PM’s come up and micromanage nitpick me over ridiculous things. Apparently got written up for not using a specific safety device (which I do use, everyday, because it makes it easier) and they didn’t tell me until 2 days later.
