Hi! How do we contact our site and our HR when we’re not on duty? I was told to leave early day 1 due to them not having my accommodations ready prior to my day 1 and I would like to talk to them over the phone. I see something about UPT 10hrs or something like that on the atoz app when i open it? This is my first job so idk. I talked to MyHR (they said they’re formerly ERC) yesterday but they didn’t know the number to my local warehouse HR. They just sent them a message and told me to wait 78hrs for my HR to message me (i hope they don’t forget). I’m also trying to find my coworkers in the A to Z app (to message my trainer or get a higher persons attention) but idk how to use that app as I had login issues before I left and I had to try login again at home so I wasn’t trained on it. Any help tips and advice is welcome. TIA!
