Touchscreen not responding

Hi guys,
Just finished my workout and noticed the Bip is not responding to touches. I decided to unpair it as suggested in another post but that didn't fix anything. Other issue is that I just recharged it so it's going to take weeks for it to run out of battery. Anyone experienced this and have any tips?
