How do I acheive this textured look on a fabric backdrop? [DIY HELP]

I'm looking to recreate this beautifully textured, "painted-plaster-that's-peeling" look, but on a moveable canvas fabric backdrop. I will be using this backdrop for photography and video shoots for floral design content.

My inspiration: I recently visited Oaxaca, Mexico and am absolutely in love with the whole artistic style of Oaxaca City. My friends thought I was a total psycho taking photos of the walls lol.

Cheap is definitely a requirement as I don't have a lot of money to invest in this project! Probably in the $150 range? Or less?

I already own the 12x15 foot blank canvas cloth I want to use. I've done other textured backdrops on this same material, but they look more like a sandy, stucco texture. I've added photos for reference of what I want and what I already have.

I'm happy to answer any follow-up questions or clarify anything if needed! Also, if I'm in the wrong sub, please feel free to suggest a more appropriate one to post in.

Thanks in advance!
