A Hello Fresh had me do it once and it changed the way I view rice! Another good variant is to zest a lemon and throw that in the rice at the end. Lemony buttery rice kicks ass.

Melt some butter in the pot, add as much minced garlic as you want. Cook for about 30 seconds to a minute so as not to burn. Add your rice and water. That's pretty much it. Season with salt and pepper to taste at the end.

I'll do my best, I sort of wing it most of the time haha. I usually just Google a recipe and use it as a guideline of sorts.

1 pound ground pork, 4 cups shredded carrots and cabbage, Green onions, Soy sauce, Teriyaki sauce, Ginger puree, Garlic puree, Dehydrated green onion/garlic powder mix (homemade and easy to do if you have a dehydrator or some time on your hands), Sriracha

Mix everything and fill wonton wrappers, fold somehow someway so that the filling stays inside. Place in a hot skillet with oil to fry/sear bottoms. Add enough liquid to skillet (I used beer!) to steam for a while on a lower heat.

I measure with my heart so use good judgement when adding liquid as you don't want the mix too slimy or thin. This amount was enough to fill all 52 wonton wrappers perfectly. I hope this helps!

Oh! I didn't make the dough sadly. Store bought works great in a pinch and is very consistent. I'd love to make my own sometime!

Round versus square wrappers will affect this for sure. I just made that up too xD though for nicer folds YouTube probably has some good tutorials
