So the guy is, at best, an acquaintance. I see him sometimes during work and while I find his personality disgusts me with his “comments” on women who enter the store, I don’t do much about him since they don’t hear it and he isn’t doing anything illegal. One night I went to Zaxby’s to bring in to snack on during my shift. He comes in, notices the bag, and makes a comment about how he was there that night. I was busy with the trash at the moment when he asked me what I got. I told him it was just one of their combos, nothing major and that I wasn’t comfortable sharing that info with him specifically, not that it matters anyway. He then proceeds to call me gay and to go back into the back to “watch my gay porn” before I clocked in. It proceeded for 30 minutes and I told him to drop it, where he threatens to slap me. I shared the story online with how weird it was and got some people saying that I was an asshole for not wanting to discuss “small talk” with the guy, and some people saying that the question was weird and his response to my response was weird. Also let me state that the guy is not a coworker, but an Uber Driver who just stayed around the store a lot.
