I(16M) and my mom work at the same grocery store company but different locations. For the holidays we recently got 5, 10 dollar employee coupons (They are digital). My mother reminds me to clip them so I clipped 2 of them and left the other 3 unclipped. I went on to use those 2 yesterday and the day before.

This morning she was angry because she tried to buy something with MY coupons when she has literally the same thing and says “Im greedy”, “Family is more important than money”, “Money cant help you more than family can”, “Money changes people” etc.

One other important thing to note: This is my first job and i’ve been working there for 2 months, I have no real access to my money that I have made, I have to ask my mother for my money. I DONT EVEN HAVE A CARD. I’ve made ~2.5k and have only seen about 300.
