Post Body

I, (20 M), am a sales associate for my workplace that primarily works with selling shoes. Itā€™s one of my favorite jobs so far and have been working for over a year. Management changed a lot since iā€™ve been employed with supervisors and managers coming and going. right now, one of the supervisors, iā€™ll call them ā€œsteveā€, has been irritating me. in the beginning it was just being a slight issue with his tone towards me and another coworker. but now itā€™s more people who have an issue. He misdirected a new hire, made people go into the back room to do stock even if they have a sales goal (our goals determine raises, hours, etc) but what really bugged me the most, is that he made not only me, but others clock out early for when we have closing shifts. Associates donā€™t get a lot of hours to begin with. He steals our sales as well. I just need to tell my manager but i donā€™t know if iā€™ll feel guilty.
