Post Body

Hello, a little background information. Me and this guy I was seeing, who also became a good friend, and I became friends with his friends. Eraly this month he decided to cancel a trip me and him had planned.

We both agreed to pay $1700. He canceled when he saw my bank account was negative just about $300. ( BTW it's that negative because I spent $365 at a hotel to be with you for the weekend) I tried to explain to him in a text, how canceling is in noway going to save me money. (OK maybe I yelled in the text, maybe even said i can't get a refund on the plane ticket because its in your fing name) As none of our trip was refundable.

He then called me a ass hole. Because he said I'm making him feel bad. He stopped answering my text and phone calls. He also blocked me on all social media that we had. He must have also said something to his friends that became my friends when I was seeing him. Because they also blocked me on social media and on telephone.

I have text saying hes gonna pay his part. But am I the asshole for sueing him for the money? I also have proof that I've tried to contact him for reimbursement. I really don't want to sue, because to be honest I still have feelings for him but that's besides the point. I really feel like I have no choice I can I tried to text you and call you , he blocked me on everything so he's making it hard for me to contact him.
