They have been in a relationship for a few months. I dont have any problems with him, but I just see him briefly during the weekends, so we have just a hi-goodbye relationship.

The thing is that yesterday, I came home late at night and while I was having dinner, my sister came into the room and asked me (out of the blue) if I had any problem with her bf. I obviously said no and asked why she was asking me that. She answered that she didnt understand why I dont get close to her bf and try to talk to him.

I explained that we (bf & I) didnt share a lot of time together, mainly because he is with her and neither me or my parents have a moment to really interact with him. My sister then asked me if I could try to become friends with him, as a favor to her. I told her that I will be always polite to him but that I didnt see whats the need of me being FRIEND of him.

After that she got angry at me and said that “she always tries to befriend with my gf” and “that she would do it if I was asking her the same thing”
