AITA for choosing my uncle over my little sister to rent an apartment with?

Post Body

Here's the background: my sisters and I have been planning on getting an apartment for about 8 months now. The goal was to move into it in October. But the youngest one, E, lost her job so we pushed it back. The other sister, S, and I helped out while she was jobless. So our saving depleted to nothing. Now here's what happened recently. My uncle wants to move out of where he lives. I love by him currently and help him out a bunch and we've gotten pretty close. He's also getting older and is starting to have some health issues so he wants to be somewhere nearby people he knows. He offered to come live with us to help out with rent and give other incentives. I told him I'd have to talk to my sisters, but I was willing at least. When I talked to S she said she didn't mind she just wanted her own room. Then I talked to E and she said the same. But the place we settled on only has 3 bedrooms. I offered to share because I was getting the master due to paying the most and taking on most of the payments for the apartment. But both refused. After talking to my uncle again he pretty much decided he only wants to live with us and I partially agreed. So I told S that I would rather get the apartment with him then E. My reasoning behind why is because he's a retired veteran. He makes a guaranteed income every month. He's offered to help me pay for cable or just out right pay himself. He's offered to cook us food and do the shopping for us and he knows how to budget efficiently. My sister E on the other hand struggles to pay her bills because she buys what she wants when she wants it. She took 3 months to find a job and only did when I threatened to not live with her. She owes S and I over 2000 dollars currently. She doesn't help out much with chores or cleaning where she currently lives and she's already said she hopes to sneak in significant others when she wants because she'll have the ground floor bedroom.
