A little bit of backstory here...

Starting around a month ago when quarantining started and everyone was freaking out about the virus my neighbor decided that it was a good idea to hold a large scale gathering. Keep in mind I live in a subdivision and we have a communal backyard of sorts. Around 20 kids and 10 adults were very much close together and had no plan in place to prevent spreading of Covid. And they have been having these parties around 3-4 times a week for a month now. It's gotten to the point where I can't even mow my damn lawn without kids running in front of me. So I made a nice little letter explaining that this is not okay and saying I will contact authorities and put it on their door.

Tldr: neighbors holding large parties often when need to be quarantining -> said I will contact authorities.
