I was hired as a tech person and a sales representative at an insurance company. Everyone was nice until the boss was being pressured to lift numbers up. People would socialize a lot. I kept to myself. Yet she complained about my asking questions from my supervisor to make sure nothing went wrong. I was told off for grabbing water to drink. My coworkers told me I could only get water or go to the bathroom when on breaks. I was having panic attacks. I stayed to support my cousin's widow and her family and help my mom pay our bills. I am finally getting my paralegal certification granted on the 18th. I will get the actual paperwork in March. I can legally now work as a paralegal and don't want to work at an insurance company doing quotes. She called me wanting me to work for her again. Apparently her partner said to fire me. I wasn't happy about the work situation. I know she trusts me but she also unintentionally hurt me. I don't know what to do. I am applying for paralegal jobs. A recruiter emailed me for a job. I am asking them more questions. Wish me luck. I hope to make enough money to send my family at least $100-200 a month so they can get groceries and what not. A two year old a Ning year old and a 15 year old. All need to eat and go to school etc. Plus I hope to pay my two credit cards and my mom's cards so she doesn't worry. She is so supportive of me.
