WIBTA if I reported my manager's time theft?

Post Body

My office manager, who is an older woman (62), a know-it-all and all around sarcastic and rude has been stealing company time for a long time. We get an hour lunch, unpaid, and I noticed a while back that she would clock in and out on a throwaway time-card (itā€™s old school and makes a loud noise that can be heard throughout the office) so everyone thinks sheā€™s clocking in and out. There are a few employees and Iā€™m the only salaried employee, so I get paid for my lunch regardless. Iā€™ve been here for a little over 5 years and sheā€™s been here for 10 years. She uses her seniority to make rude remarks to clients (we work at a law office) as a way to say sheā€™s always right because sheā€™s been ā€œdoing this for 10 yearsā€.

I negotiated my salary and only clock in and out to keep track of my sick, personal and vacation days. I get paid the same thing whether I take a 5-minute lunch or a full hour. My manager, on the other hand, is an hourly employee so any time she takes is pretty much stealing company money. She also stops working about 10 minutes before closing whenever the attorneys arenā€™t around and stands by the punch-clock talking to the receptionist waiting for 5:00pm to clock out. I consider myself pretty liberal and pro-worker, not to mention my bosses are millionaires and the office makes a lot of money so the $140-$175 she takes biweekly isnā€™t hurting them. I just get frustrated by her know-it-all and holier than thou attitude when sheā€™s clearly a FRAUD and a SCAMMER!

She is also really rude to clients, like I said earlier and even caused a few of them to leave and go elsewhere. Sheā€™s Hispanic and is really rude to our Spanish-speaking clients and some African American clients although she is very nice to the few Caucasian clients we get for more high-profile cases (medical malpractice, wrongful death, etc.) Some of our clients are undocumented and she talks to them as if theyā€™re children or idiots which pisses me off (Iā€™m Hispanic), but I bite my tongue because sheā€™s ā€œthe managerā€.

Would I be the asshole if I just told my bosses and showed them the scrap time-cards?

Tl:dr: Rude, Sarcastic manager steals company time from law office. Bosses don't need the money.
