AITA for refusing my sibling to stay with us in house?
Post Body

Im quite bad at story telling so kindly ask for clarification if needed. My family is Asian. For context my sibling 37M is married (2nd time) and we usually don't get along well together. Now he wanted to come back and stay with parents for the time being cause his wife needs to rest at her parent's home(its nearby).I vehemently refused his presence cause we need to share a bathroom. He works from home so he locks his room , won't open the room to allow me to use the bathroom. Other bathrooms are there in house but my parents are old and frequently need to use it. While he stays at home he doesn't help out in household chores, throws a fit if someone tries to use the room/clean the room even. Meanwhile I am the one the parents call whenever they have inconveniences , need to pay online bills, take them to hospital and clean up after them. Surprisingly before his wife got pregnant he apparently wasnt able to move in with parents with wife cause he needed to go to office once a week. Suddenly he is able move back in ? Also I must apparently use the bathroom during normal hours cause needing to poop at 6.30 am in morning is not a normal hours. Hence my refusal to let him move back in. AITA for refusing to put up with him and compromising?

Edit: Cannot move out for atleast next month or so cause I spent last 3 years getting a degree. Awaiting the documents and for other paperwork. Till then I cannot legally work anywhere. 2. Parents have incontinence issues hence need for their own bathroom and privacy. 3. My income over the years has been less than him since I am younger by almost 8 years. Hence I have just started my earnings whereas he has been working for long and is now earning more along with perks provided by company. My field does not provide me with that sort of salary even at highest position and perks will not be given at any point in life.

Edit 2: Parents also offered to rent out another place nearby which is 1 min away from our house. Either i would move there or they can. He refused. In-laws also welcomed him to stay with them and he does not want to go there as well.
